Kick start your day with an aromatic, freshly-grind and super smooth Cappucino. At Jim&Co, we use Pablo and Rusty’s seasonal house blend – an Australian owned company that roast locally in Ryde NSW. They only purchase freshly harvested coffee that is sustainable and ethically produced. They trace their coffees to the source and where possible, work directly with the farmers that produce the beans. They are always driven by this ethos, to serve only a positive benefit to our customers, and the farmers who plant the produce.

Their beans are sourced from Brazil, Ethiopia and Panama. It’s a medium roast and brings 3 great coffee regions together to produce a sweet and complex, fruit forward coffee, with hints of milk chocolate brown sugar and red berries.
